"The Voice" coaches Shakira and Blake Shelton are bringing their duet to television. The two took the stage together on Sunday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the Academy of Country Music awards, singing their collaboration "Medicine."
"Medicine" is featured on Shakira's new self-titled album, which debuted at number two on the Billboard charts last week.
The Colombian pop star walked the red carpet at the 49th annual ACMs, which was also being hosted by her fellow coach Blake. She showed up in a navy, paneled gown and later wore a red mini-dress for their performance.
Meantime, "Medicine" is starting make its way onto the country charts. The song hit number 57 on Billboard's Country Airplay chart last week, marking Shakira's first-ever entry on a chart in the genre.
Shakira and Blake will return to "The Voice" as judges as the show continues Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.
